We continue to be open to serve you with reduced hours during this unprecedented time during this COVID-19 pandemic. This is in accordance with being part of the Province of BC’s “List of Essential Services”.
As we remain open to serve you, please note that FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED to be worn in our facility at all times by customers and staff.
The safety and health of our community is always a top priority for us. In consideration with the ever-growing global concerns around COVID-19 (coronavirus), we wanted to share with you that we are, and always have been committed to providing clean and healthy spaces for our clients and staff. As part of maintaining our high standards, we have taken additional measures to keep everyone safe as outlined in our COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan below:
MANDATORY MASKS : To prevent the spread of COVID-19, our staff are required to wear supplied Health Canada approved masks for your safety. In return, we ask that all clients wear masks, or you will be given a mask upon arrival at our dealership.
FACILITY MODIFICATIONS : We have made changes throughout our dealership to enhance safety such as: limiting entrance doorways to control the number of people entering, restricting customer access areas and installation of acrylic guards/barriers at areas where physical distancing is challenged, such as work desks.
ENHANCED SANITIZATION : We have always been committed to providing you, our valued customer, and our team with a safe, clean and healthy environment. We have further enhanced our cleaning protocols by using an aggressive disinfectant that is a virucide (effective against 99% of viruses including Covid- 19) and also effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria. Our dedicated cleaning company ensures that high touch point surfaces are cleaned with this special disinfectant, which is done after hours. This combined with an increase in the frequency of sanitizing touch points, such as door handles and washroom sink knobs, is designed to protect everyone.
HAND SANITIZERS : Our dealership is equipped with strategically placed hand sanitizer dispensers for guests and team members to use. Our team is also required to wash their hands frequently.
STAFF HEALTH : We have implemented rules within our team for all staff members to stay home, and not enter the workplace at all if they come into contact with potential Covid-19 risks, or if they begin to feel any symptoms of sickness. The staff will be screened regularly, as well as customers entering the store.
SAFETY COMMUNICATION : Each of our team members are required to complete our COVID-19 Screening Form every 3 days. Additional information is communicated to our team through email newsletters and signage.
ETIQUETTE : Our team members have been instructed to refrain from shaking hands and to maintain a safe distance in accordance with social distancing protocols.
APPOINTMENTS : Customers are asked to call us ahead of time to book an appointment if they wish to visit the showroom, or if they would like to book a test drive.
CONTACTLESS TEST DRIVES : Our dealership is offering at-home test drives for your safety while adhering to social distancing protocols. The selected vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, delivered directly to your home, and then sanitized just before handing off the vehicle for you to drive.
COURTESY VEHICLES : Our courtesy vehicles are thoroughly cleaned inside and out after each use and driver touchpoint areas are sanitized before handing off the vehicle for you to drive.
TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS : We have imposed a team-wide business travel ban. Team members who choose to travel internationally for personal reasons are required to self-isolate for 14 days upon their return.
To help protect yourself and others, we kindly ask that anyone who is feeling sick to refrain from visiting us so that we can ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone. The Public Health Agency of Canada is asking Canadians who have recently traveled to limit their contact with others for a period of 14 days. This means to self-isolate and stay at home.
